What is a Cake Pop?

Cake Pops are fully baked cake crumbs blended with frosting then dipped in chocolate, creating a moist truffle like decadent dessert bite that resembles cookie dough. While the texture of our cake pops are like cookie dough, they are not RAW dough, we do not serve raw treats in our store. At STL Cake Pops, our cake pops are made in small batches fresh every week. We hand roll and dip each cake pop with love.

How much notice is needed when placing my cake pop order?

Cake pop orders should be placed at least 7 days in advance. For larger orders and custom designs, please contact us at least 2 weeks prior to delivery date. If you need something sooner, just ask. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you ship your cake pops?

Yes we can in most cases. We ship ONLY via next day express service with USPS. This will help ensure that your items arrive in the best condition possible. During warm weather, we dry ice (extra costs for warm weather shipping products will apply).

We do recommend that the order is shipped to the recipient’s workplace or to an address where someone will be present to receive the package. Unfortunately, WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE for damaged cake pops which may occur due to shipping delays, postal conditions, or packages left in the sun unprotected at time of delivery.

St. Charles County – $15

How do I store my cake pops?

Cake Pops should be kept in a cool location away from direct sunlight and heat. On a cool counter they will last approximately 3-4 days. If they are wrapped and refrigerated up to 2 weeks. We always recommend refrigerating your cake pops when in doubt.

What method of payments can I use?

We accept all major credit cards and send invoices via email for custom orders.  All invoices issued must be paid in full online via credit card 1 week prior to pickup.

What happens if an invoice isn’t paid on time?

We will issue 1 reminder if an invoice is not paid by the due date and you are given 24 hours to call and confirm your order or pay the invoice. If we don’t hear from you, we will not start work on your order and it will be cancelled.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer cash refunds if you do not like the product, do not understand what a cake pop is or change your mind.
If the product is damaged, please contact us at info@stlcakepops.com and we will work with you to fix it.

Are your cake pops tree nut & peanut free?

Unfortunately, our bakery is not certified tree nut and peanut free. While we don’t typically use any tree nuts or peanuts directly in most of our basic flavors, many of our ingredients come from facilities that come in contact with tree nuts and peanuts. Anyone with allergies consuming our products, does so at their own risk.
